Winemaking
Hand sorting and immediate direct pressing of red grapes, with separate plot vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Brief ageing on lees, then bottling young to retain freshness. Documented blend for the 2024 vintage: 60 % Merlot · 40 % Cabernet Sauvignon. These proportions do not apply automatically to other vintages.
