Hand harvesting, plot selection and indigenous yeasts. Eighteen months in French oak barrels, with up to 30% new wood. The undated technical sheet records 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Malbec; proportions must be confirmed for the requested vintage.
Tasting
Purple with blue highlights, ripe aromas and a broad palate, with silky tannins and lingering flavours.
